A Practical, Bold Exterior

The 2020 Ram 1500 Night Edition has a large, black grille with horizontal bars and RAM lettering in the center. The sculpted hood near the grille and the side mirrors have black accents, and the bumper is body-colored. This truck also comes with prominent hood vents, black headlight and taillight bezels, and black exhaust tips. The Big Horn Night Edition comes with 20-inch black aluminum wheels, and the Laramie version has similar 22-inch wheels.

Choose the Big Horn for automatic halogen headlights, fog lights, heated side mirrors, and perimeter lights. Models with a Quad Cab, a larger Crew Cab, a 5-foot, 7-inch bed, and a 6-foot, 4-inch bed are available. With the Laramie, you’ll also get auto-dimming side mirrors with memory settings. Black side steps and a multifunction tailgate are optional. You can open this tailgate like two doors or like conventional versions for easier loading and unloading.

Excellent Performance

This Ram 1500 is efficient, maneuverable, and fun to drive. The Big Horn and the Laramie both come with a Pentastar 3.6-liter V-6 engine with eTorque that provides 305 horsepower and 269 pound-feet of torque. It can tow up to 7,730 pounds, and its eTorque mild hybrid system uses a generator and a 48-volt battery instead of a conventional alternator. It produces an extra 90 pound-feet of torque, and it helps you save fuel.

A 5.7-liter HEMI V-8 engine that gives 395 horsepower and 410 pound-feet of torque is available as well. It can pull up to 11,610 pounds. With the optional eTorque system, it produces an additional 130 pound-feet of torque, and towing capacity increases to 12,750-pounds. Both trim levels come with an engine oil cooler, and an engine block heater is optional. They also have eight-speed automatic transmissions, heavy-duty shocks, and rotary gear shifters.

An Advanced, Luxurious Interior

The 2020 Night Edition has sleek, black seats and black interior accents. It also comes with folding rear seats, a storage area under the front seat cushion, and a locking glove box. With the Laramie, you’ll also get eight-way power front seats, memory settings for the driver’s seat, a 115-volt power outlet, and ventilated front seats. Dual-zone climate control with rear air vents, a heated leather-wrapped steering wheel, and adjustable pedals with memory settings are standard as well. Heated front seats are optional with the Big Horn and standard with the Laramie. A sunroof is optional with either trim.
