Trim Levels
Five total trim levels are available with the Chrysler 300, and each has something special to offer. The standard Touring trim features several exterior styling packages, while the Touring L offers standard exterior features like a panoramic sunroof and LED fog lights. If you opt for the 300S trim, you can enjoy larger wheels and the option for a unique Red S Appearance package. Automatic high-beam headlights are available with the 300S trim as well. The 300 Limited trim offers memory settings for the exterior mirrors, and the top-level 300C trim focuses primarily on performance enhancements.
Engine
You'll find one of two engines under the hood of the 300, and both of them pack quite a punch — especially when compared to other sedans. The standard engine is a 3.6-liter V-6 that produces an already impressive 292 horsepower. If that's not enough for you, however, you can opt for the 5.7-liter V-8 and its best-in-class 363 horsepower. While the V-8 comes standard on the 300C trim, it's available as an option in the 300S trim. No matter which engine you choose, it'll be paired with a smooth eight-speed automatic transmission.
Performance
Taking advantage of all the power under the hood is easy, thanks to the 300's numerous performance features. If you opt for the all-wheel-drive system, for example, you can maximize your traction, allowing you to easily traverse whatever road conditions you may come across. An available Sport Mode setting increases engine response and transmission shift points for a more responsive driving experience. You'll even have the option for paddle shifting if you want to take direct control of your shifting.
Interior
The 300 is known for its luxurious interior, and the latest model lives up to that reputation spectacularly. You can enjoy available leather-trimmed performance front seats that are both heated and ventilated. Even your rear passengers can enjoy heated seats. Of course, you can also opt for Nappa leather for a more premium feel that comes complete with perforated inserts for ventilation. Additionally, you can enjoy the Driver Information Digital Cluster Display, situated behind the steering wheel, that offers essential information with an ambient blue glow.
